Halloween

The Saturday before Halloween (Oct. 29), we had big storm that knocked out power to more than 300,000 people, including 90% of our town.

 

Samuel and Matt went sledding in all our snow.

We went to the mall while our power was out.

Samuel and I made monster cupcakes for his Halloween party at school (which was postponed).

Trick or treating was also postponed for almost a week. Darth Vader had fun even though I'm not quite sure he knew what to make of it.

Firefighters were walking around handing out glowsticks, which Samuel liked.
